One of the best sources of free and expert counselling for survivors of childhood or adult sexual abuse are Rape Crisis Centres.

Don’t be put of by the name Rape Crisis, more of the services are now working with both men and women; and most of their clients are dealing with issues of childhood abuse.

You can find your local Rape Crisis number in the front of your telephone directory.
